Important Notice Regarding the Right to Repair in Quebec.
Law 29 - Article 79.18
The Consumer Protection Act requires that any merchant inform you, before the contract is concluded, about the availability of spare parts, repair services, and technical information necessary for the maintenance and repair of the vehicle you purchase. Thus:
IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT GENESIS ESTRIE offers no guarantee for the availability of each of the following:
- Spare parts for all its new & used vehicles sold;
- Repair services;
- Information necessary for the maintenance or repair of all its vehicles sold.
This notice does not limit the manufacturer's warranty offered upon the purchase of a vehicle, subject to the future availability of spare parts, repair services, or the information necessary for the maintenance or repair of the vehicle or its components.
